Live on TIA Radio Show

I was live on NabStar Radio at Bonapriso, Douala in 2020. I discussed why it’s important for a business to start small and grow steadily.

I think most people are hesitant about starting small and scaling gradually. There is this popular saying that goes; “why start small when you can go big”. This kind of justifies why everyone thinks it better to start big.

Starting small has the following advantages:

  • Starting small requires less time and energy.
  • Starting small grows your confidence and builds your momentum.
  • Starting  small reduces your risk of incurring huge losses and enables you to make small mistakes and get quick feedback.
  • Starting small is the first step.

Gives you the opportunity and the time to make some necessary mistakes and correct them without major consequences.
